What is the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job is the moment I notice our patients benefiting from the trial. When they leave the trial happier and healthier than they started – those are the moments that keep me motivated.
What values and principles guide you in your work?
When working with patients, it’s extremely valuable to be patient, kind, and understanding. The safety of our patients is my number one priority, and guiding myself with those values will make for a positive experience for all.
